UNISON’S award winning “Return to Learn” programme is designed for members who have few or no qualifications and who want to return to education.

Learning Reps
There is now legislation to allow time off with pay for learning reps so that they can carry out their duties. Learning reps work as part of the Branch structure to develop a learning strategy and to negotiate with employers to ensure that workers are given the opportunities to train and get the skills they need.
